I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling
and Development from George Mason University. With a background
in social psychology and years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I approach therapy with both compassion and clarity.
I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, boundaries, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with couples seeking to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect after seasons of distance or hurt. My goal is to help you find balance, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose—both inside and outside the therapy room.

As a former U.S. Marine, I deeply understand resilience and perseverance. Witnessing clients rediscover themselves and overcome life’s challenges is truly inspiring, and I consider their trust and vulnerability an honor.

Clients often describe my therapeutic style as warm, grounded, and honest. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation—not a performance. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help clients see themselves with greater compassion and courage.

Outside of my work, I find balance through movement and connection—whether it’s Zumba, working out, hiking, or spending time with my husband and family. These moments remind me that healing isn’t only about talking through the hard things—it’s also about learning to live fully again.
